Seventh Post

Friendship:

I would like to tell you guys a story, this one is about freshmen orientation in high school. Thats the time when you meet the freshmen class and some you'll never see again and others you will. Well at mine we met some upper class men too. They were pretty nice and knew exactly how to make you feel like you belonged; well for most people. There were the preps that seemed to all cling together for dear life and wouldn't let hardly anyone talk to them.
Well, in this story there was one person who had just moved there in February, she was someone you would call a prep but she didn't know in one like the others did (someone at least had known one person there that day), well before everyone met in this hall I met someone who was scared and terribly. She didn't even want to get out of the car, so I was walking by and her mom asked if I was a freshmen at this school. I said yes and she asked if I could help her daughter and be friends with her and of course I said yes. Her daughter was really quiet. She told me her name and we went into the hall; we sat together and waited for someone to speak up in front. (I'm mean a teacher) and later that day during the tour of campus I met the one from out of state and she told me her name and we all hung out together during freshmen orientation; but when the classes started next week only on of them stated with me as a friend and that was the shy one and she is a great friend.
Thank you Myia :)

Sixth Post

Today I would like to go to the subject of cakes.
I recently attempted to make a homemade cake. Everything was made by hand and by scratch; I had to get my brother to help me because everyone knows I have no cooking skills what so ever and he has taken classes.
The frosting was great (my brother of course made it), and I made the cake which was a disater in the making. When the cake had finally completed the baking process and we had backed the frosting (as you can see from the photo) we eat it!
Don't get me wrong it was good but not cake good, it tasted like a pancake! It made me want to spread jelly or butter on it or something.

Note to self: never try to make another homemade cake again.
Note to views: never eat one of my cakes.

Fifth Post

Follow this link to Yahoo News.com this really got my attention. Everyone should know what anime character's eyes look like. They are big and round. Well new circle eye contacts were made to do that, but are they all safe? In Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" video she had anime like eyes which were COMPUTER GENERATED. The new circle eyes contacts cause ricks and this video (the link) explains them.

Forth Post

First of all I'd like to give a shout to Lola of Composing Lola (http://composinglola.blogspot.com/) She never stops amazing me. Her posts are witty, lovable, and down right funny.

Now I have a question for my viewers and that is have you ever been looking at pictures and found this one picture of your self and have no memory of when it was taken or where you were?
Well I have, It was maybe when I was 8 or 9.
I have no idea where it was at but int he back ground was the Mexican flag and my brother was in the back ground too but he was barely visible.
Me I was wearing a sombrero, and green sweater that I remember, and I also had what looked like a blanket on. I was completely confused by the picture. (It would be so much easier to post the picture but I can't find the picture :( but when I do fine it I will post it)

Third Post

Hair:

Today's topic is hair. Well first of all there are many types of hair; there is long thick hair, long thin hair, curly hair, straight hair, messy hair, neat hair, short thick hair, and short thin hair. Many people may not like there hair but does hair really matter? What hair looks like does it matter? What about the people that have no hair at all? Do you think they want hair?
People that don't have any hair sometimes wish that they had hair but other don't because they accepted the fact that they don't have hair.
"If you have hair you should thank God for it." Valerie T. "When you accept the fact about the way you look then it makes more room for the more important things like family, God, and friends." Anonymous
These two statements were made by friends that I dear so much and they are true.
With or without hair you should thank God for what you do have. In my opinion hair doesn't really matter I'm it's just hair.

Second Post

Has anyone ever listened to a parody and then hear the original but you don't sing the original? Well the other day I was listening to the Venetian Princess's song "Snooki's song" and I had listened to a lot so I had memorized it, http://www.youtube.com/user/VenetianPrincess#p/u/1/WrfUXuBaJ1E , then I heard the original which was Tik Tok by Ke$sa. There is a lot more parodies that will get stuck in your head.

And remember don't annoy your friends if they don't want to hear it ... wait who am i kidding annoy the heck our of your friends!!!

But seriously check out the parodies people!!!

First Post

The other day I was talking to people and it hit me that in life there our things that will knock you down and things that will build you up. In my life I have experienced a lot of break downs and I have over come them. But you know what there is one thing that always sticks in my head, "You never know how strong you are until strength is all you have." I have no idea who it is by but it has always been in my head. I like to say that I am strong but I really can't say that because when I have only strength it isn't enough. I've come through a lot and I have a lot of advice but not enough strength.
